Quote: “I am not my own; I have given myself entirely to Jesus.”
Reflection: St. Kateri didn’t live loudly—she lived faithfully. In a world that misunderstood her, she chose love over fear, and purity over pressure. Her surrender wasn’t weakness, but quiet strength. In her silence, God spoke. In her suffering, He drew close. Today, she invites you to give yourself fully to Jesus.
Prayer: Jesus, like St. Kateri, help me to surrender completely to You. In my silence, let me hear Your voice. In my weakness, let me trust Your strength. Amen.

About St. Kateri Tekakwitha
Born in 1656 in what is now New York State, St. Kateri Tekakwitha was a Native American woman of Mohawk and Algonquin heritage. Orphaned by smallpox and left physically scarred, she embraced the Catholic faith at age 20 and courageously lived it despite rejection from her community. Known for her purity, deep prayer, and love of nature, she died at just 24 years old. Canonized in 2012, she is the first Native American saint and a powerful symbol of faith, resilience, and holiness born in silence.
